Cantilever Rack

Cantilever racks offer optimal storage for bulky or long products (tubing, PVC, lumber, metal products, etc). Cantilever racking consists of arms attached to a beam on one end. These structural arms can be set up to receive different products and lengths, and the aisle side provides free access to lift trucks.

Carton Flow

Carton flow rack is simply sloped shelving with a skate-wheel system, enabling improved product throughput and increased lane elasticity. Cases are inserted from the up slope access and make their way down from the raised part of the shelves toward the front as product inventory diminishes. This variety of equipment is frequently used by food and beverage operations to consolidate lower turning SKUs.

Drive In Rack

Drive-in racking is a high density industrial racking design with overhead cross beams that drives efficiencies in warehouse space and productivity. Pallets are upheld by tracks connected to the uprights. Lift trucks are allowed to freely travel in and out of each column of pallets. Several different industries employ drive-in racking, particularly those with large quantities of the same items.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow racks are equipment with tilted shelves, faced with skate-wheels or roller conveyors. Pallets are deposited from an aisle on the backside of the racking system and they travel down the declining platform as previously loaded pallets are unloaded from the front.

This type of storage rack is a “first in / first out” system and is perfect for a large stock of heavy loads and inconsistent sizes of pallets. They are frequently put to use in the beverage industry.

Push Back Rack

Push back rack options are high capacity configurations that maximize capacity, supporting up to 3,000 pounds in 2-6' deep channels. All pallets are filled and depleted from the face of the equipment, enabling extremely dense storage within your warehouse.

Push back racks are a “last in/first out” type of setup. As new products are deposited in the front, the goods in back of them move up a slope on top of carts on steel tracks. The opposite occurs as pallets are retrieved.

Selective Rack

Selective racks are the most popular pallet racks available today, and there is a huge variety of possible sizes, gauges and varieties. They are fabricated with either roll-formed or structural steel uprights and beams that are fastened with bolts or teardrop connections.
